I love all books by Tosca Reno. Search her 'Eat Clean Diet' books on amazon. Another book that greatly helped me was PUSH by Chalene Johnson. If you're still overwhelmed with where to start ... promise yourself 10 minutes of intentional walking/movement a day for 10 days ... and with that ... promise yourself 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water every day for 10 days.
